Health and Safety | Our COVID Safe Plan

Safety first
We want you to be safe while having fun playing laser tag. Here's how the Laser Commando staff are doing our best to keep you safe and healthy while enjoying our laser tag rentals or laser tag sessions:

General safety measures:

  • Laser Commando Staff are fully vaccinated - proof thereof can be supplied on request.
  • We follow government regulations to ensure we only offer laser tag services that comply with regards to the size of groups that are allowed to gather at any time.
  • The headbands of our phasers are always washed or sprayed with a hospital-grade disinfectant in between games.
  • Laser Commando staff are very aware that they are not to come to work if they are experiencing any signs of sickness without clearance from a medical professional.
  • Customers are able to cancel bookings and get a full refund if they should need to cancel due to anyone feeling sick that causes the need to cancel a booking. (Only applicable if the booking is canceled before the staff deliver the rental or arrive at the site to host games)
  • We ask that Laser Commando staff be informed if guests have traveled overseas in the past two weeks or have shown symptoms of Covid-19.

Safety measures when you hire our laser tag equipment:

  • We now offer the option to have contact-less delivery where we will SMS you when the kit is delivered to your door or other location of choice.
  • We provide customers with a link to an online training video instead of in-person training where applicable.

Safety measures for when we host games at the Murrenbong Scout Campsite or elsewhere:
  • Sanitation stations are provided at the entrance, near the phasers and at the portable loo.
  • Please ask players to bring their own water bottles and caps.
  • Laser Commando staff remind players during the mission briefings and games to maintain social distancing, wash their hands regularly and cough into their elbow crease (not hand).
  • Swapping of phasers within games is discouraged.
  • Laser tag phasers and headbands are wiped or sprayed with a safe sterilization liquid at regular intervals.
